The Process
MIT 2.00B: Toy Product Design
Spring 2019
This toy prototype was designed and built by a team of 5 students over 3 months. Toy Product Design was the first class that I was able to experience the design process of products. I learned how difficult and lengthy the process can be. This class also helped me develop my team working skills as it was one of the first team-based classes I had taken as an undergraduate. Our team needed to consider both hardware and software when developing this product. My main role was working with the hardware and ensuring we chose materials which suited our needs.
